Safety is at the core of how we work—on every site, with every crew. All employees are OSHA 10 certified and CPR trained, arriving prepared to protect themselves and those around them. Fire mitigation equipment is carried on every vehicle, and employees are rigorously trained on how to use it. Quarterly safety trainings keep everyone sharp, aligned, and ready for whatever the job throws at us. It’s not just a requirement—it’s the standard we hold ourselves to, every single day.
